PUBLIC DROP-OFF SURVEY

PURPOSE

This survey aims to understand the attitudes, behaviors, and practices related to recycling and waste management at the Hartland Depot public drop-off points.

This survey also includes a brief section on the one-year Hartland Landfill Expanded Hours Pilot, which began on Saturday, June 15, 2024, extending operational hours from 7 am to 5 pm on Saturdays for both residential and commercial customers.

METHODOLOGY

Participants are being recruited passively through strategically placed posters and flyers at the Hartland Depot. These materials include QR codes that direct you to the online survey.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

If you are visiting the Hartland Depot, look for our survey posters and flyers displayed around the drop-off points. Simply scan the QR code with your mobile device to access the online survey form. Your insights into your current recycling practices and any challenges you face are invaluable to us.

PRIVACY AND DATA USAGE

We value your privacy. All personal information and survey responses are strictly confidential and will be used solely for the purpose of this study. Data collected will be aggregated and anonymized before being used to inform CRD's waste management policies and programs.
